Ongoing Activities of Delhi Chapter
- Complementary School both for School going and school drop outs from class 1 to class XIIth at Indirabasti Slum, Timar Pur, Delhi.
- Series of Plays by a Group NO STRINGS ATTACHED of Students from Delhi School of Social Work, DU, on various socio economic issues on every alternate Sundays at Indirabasti, Timarpur, Delhi.
- Sanitation campaign at Indirabasti and Nearby areas.
- Spreading Awareness about Govts policies among Slum residents.
- A Survey has been conducted by VMSA volunteers (Students and Faculity members from Delhi University) regarding the socio economic condition of Slum residents.

Very good initiative by VMS Ashram.
Students & teacher volunteering in the slum area in Timarpur with full commitment are the role models for politicians & Govt. officials.This is a step towards Gandhiji's Rama rajya .
VMS Ashram is doing a commendable work at Narakatiaganj, Bihar and Timarpur, Indira Basti, Delhi. We should chear them and help them for these type of activities so that they can go on sustainably.

I read about VMS Ashram. After reading, I am very gland. This is ashram is going on 12 years successfully. I saw this place from very near in Narkatiaganj. I want to help.
